Yoga

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

It’s not about being good at something. It’s about being good to yourself.

Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists.

Yoga is not a work-out it is a work-in, and this is the point of spiritual practice to make us teachable to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.

Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony.

The whole process of yoga is to take you from something that you know and take the next step into the unknown

If you are concerned about the world, the first thing is that you must be willing to transform yourself. Yoga is about ‘I am willing to change myself.’

When we say ‘yoga,’ we don’t mean impossible pretzel poses. That’s not what we’re referring to. Yoga means to be in perfect tune. Your body, mind, and energy and the existence are in absolute harmony

Yoga is the science of activating your inner energies to such a vibrant and exuberant state that your body, mind, and emotions function at their highest peaks

Any method that you employ to enhance the presence of the non-physical – that which is the source of creation – within you, is yoga

Yoga means to cultivate your energy in such a way that gradually it breaks the physical limitations and elevates you to the highest level of awareness – the flowering of human potential

When you get attached to the whole Existence, you are in yoga
